We are a team of Family Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists and other staff working together to optimize your health. We are located on Erin Mills and Dundas providing families with quality healthcare services. Our team prides itself on its' patient-centred approach in every department.

Please advise that ALL prescription refills or forms/notes of any kind will take up to 2 weeks for the doctor to see. Please inform your pharmacy to request your refills in advance and keep in mind to inform our office about forms/notes 2 weeks in advance as per clinic guidelines.

Important Things to Consider
We are happy to provide TeleMedicine to our patients. You can speak to your own family physician on the phone or video call, thus avoiding walk-in's and risk of spreading COVID-19.
NOTE - If you are advised to come into our clinic for any reason, please make sure to wear a mask upon arrival to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
